He has even confirmed he will not be penning a new deal to a contract that expires at the end of next season
Bayern has been apprehensive about offloading Lewandowski, but with the player visibly frustrated with the board, the Bavarians are in the market for potential solutions.
Lewandowski, for one, has not remained tight-lipped on the situation and has hinted at his desire to leave Bayern on multiple occasions.
Currently preparing for international duty with Poland, Lewandowski was once again asked about his future, in a recent interview with Eleven Sports.
The striker remained coy on his situation, in regards to a potential move to FC Barcelona.
But he apparently finds it difficult to imagine playing for Bayern Munich next season, in what could serve as a massive boost for the Catalans.
“Barça move? It depends on several factors. I think my situation is clear and there is no point talking about that,” Lewandowski told Eleven Sports (h/t Fabrizio Romano)
