Manchester City have reached agreement with Leeds United to sign Manchester United transfer target Kalvin Phillips
According to BBC, Manchester City have agreed a £45m deal with Leeds for the England international.
Manchester City will pay £42m for the 26-year-old with potential bonuses of £3m.

However, who will leave Manchester City as a free agent this summer.
Manchester United were also interested in signing the Leeds United midfielder this summer
But the midfielder was reluctant to make the move due to the rivalry between Manchester United and Leeds United.
Former Manchester United defender John O’Shea said recently that Phillips should snub Man City to join Manchester United instead
He told Paddy Power: “Despite links to Man City, Kalvin Phillips should think about the other side of Manchester!
“He has done well for England and really well for Leeds and I know it would create more controversy
“if he headed for the red side of Manchester but it’s definitely an area that United would be looking at.
”Phillips, 26, has made 234 appearances for boyhood club Leeds United and has 23 caps for England.
