Chelsea agrees deal to sign Recce James back-up player

Chelsea is showing an interest to sign talented wonder kid Djed Spence

With Middlesbrough having Jones and Djed Spence at their disposal, the North East club opted to keep the former

However, sending the latter out on loan to Nottingham Forest.

Spence had an excellent season, helping Forest get promoted back to the Premier League

Jones, however, also impressed under Chris Wilder, with the 22-year-old managing nine assists from wing-back.

His performances have attracted the interest of Chelsea and Manchester United, according to 90min

The 21-year-old has been having a great time in a Red shirt for Forest having made most of the league games as a starter.

With 2 goals and 4 assists the England under 21 international looks like a bright prospect and a player that will suit Chelsea’s plans for the future

Dmtloaded understood the club wants to get Recce James back up next season, thus to clear all possible set back

Spece has been playing a lot of games as a right-wing-back rather than an out and outright back for Forest

Though his immediate future in Tuchel’s starting XI will take time as the time grows and with the Blue’s high-quality coaching staff, the former Fulham player will thrive under the German’s guidance

According to Marca, Chelsea has agreed on personal terms to sign the playing this summer

The likes of Tottenham has already make early moves to sign the player but nothing official yet

Thomas Tuchel side is expected to hijack the transfer ahead of Conte this summer to strengthen the squad
